Disk mowers with bottom drive are used to harvest all green areas for direct pasturing, for hay or for further processing. They are characterized by large width, high performance and small power requirement. Equipped with cutter set and leading strip they ensure the free passage of the tractor without packing of the plant stalks with tractor wheels. The frish mowed green fodder is being uniformely spread across the whole path breadth. The flat cutter blade placed on forwards protruding skids, together with the oval form of the cutting disks prevents foreign bodies or stones from jamming the disks. The mowing height may be set by changing the length of a connecting rod in the tractor.
